About Us
Your Impact Matters (YIM) is a non profit, non partisan, organization registered as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) under the NGO coordination act (1990) in 1993.
YIM was started as a relief organization during the 1985 drought that led to widespread famine in the whole of Kenya, but later changed its focus to developmental activities. Since then, YIM has experienced both growth and development in quantitative and qualitative terms on its activities and human capital investments. Currently YIMS programmes are coordinated from the Head Office in Nairobi, with field offices in all Regions of Kenya.

Our mission is to uplift the living standards of the poor and disadvantaged communities in Kenya and beyond through partnership, capacity building and development programs that empower them to respond more effectively to their needs.
